The project ran into a few unexpected issues that were outside their control, but they never got frustrated, never cut corners, and never stopped working toward a solution. They put in extra hours (on a Friday, nonetheless!), returned when needed, and made sure everything was installed, tested, and working exactly as it should before they considered the job done.
I was equally impressed with Ryan, the Service Manager. He came out personally to check on things, stayed while testing was completed, and clearly cared about making sure I was happy with the final result.
What stood out most was the team's professionalism, positive attitude, and determination to do things right. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly. It's much more impressive when unexpected challenges come up, and this team handled them well. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.”
