1 Warranty on system repairs performed by Felger Hart Residential Services covers defects in materials and labor but does not apply to issues caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. 2 Annual heating and cooling maintenance inspections are for a single system residence only. Each additional system will be charged according to the purchased membership plan. 3 Filter prices vary based on size and type 4 Based upon technician availability during regular business hours only. 5 Includes the replacement of the water pad. * A 12-month commitment is required. Each plan automatically renews unless cancellation is provided in writing at least 30 days before the annual renewal date. In the event Membership is canceled within the first year of enrollment or with an outstanding account balance, Felger Hart Residential shall be entitled to recoup the amount of any verifiable discounts provided upon Membership enrollment. Discounts and credits will be forfeited at the time of cancellation. All fees are non-refundable. |
